What size storage unit do I need?
Use the following chart to determine what size is right for you. Note: Not all locations have the same sizes.

How long do I have to rent the storage unit?
The minimum lease period is two months. After that, the lease is month to month. Be sure to give vacating notice when you are ready to empty the space. Let us know at the beginning of the month that you will be out by the end of the month.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes. Each lease requires a security deposit of one months rent. As long as you clean and sweep out the unit, remove your lock, and give the vacating notice, the security deposit is refunded via the mail (in check form) the month after your unit is vacated.
Do we provide you a lock for your unit?
No. You provide your own lock to keep your belongings safe.
How much is the rent?
Each facility has different rates and different unit sizes. Please go to the Home Page and click the desired facility for specific sizes and rates.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of each month. There is a five-day grace period.
How do I make a payment?
Payments can be mailed in to the appropriate address or through PayPal. (Coming soon) We accept cash, money order, check, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). You can also sign up for automatic billing. With automatic billing, your credit card is charged the 1st of each month.
Do I need insurance?
The items you store are not covered by our insurance. You may want to check coverage with your homeowner’s or renter’s policy. Again, it is your responsibility to insurance the contents of your unit.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes. Our 10×20 and larger storage units can store most vehicles. We also offer outside storage at our Waupaca location.
Do fluids need to be drained for vehicle storage?
No. Small amounts of oil and gas can remain in the vehicle during storage. Place cardboard underneath the vehicle in case fluids leak, as it is the tenant’s responsibility to clean the floor.
Do you have dumpster access?
No. All garabage must be removed by the tenant.
How would you recommend storing my items?
Place your items on pallets. This is especially important through spring months, as condensation can occur on the floor.
Do I have to give a vacating notice?
Yes, all units require a 28 day vacating notice as outlined in the Wisconsin State Statutes 704.19(3).
