We are making an update to our PayPal and you need to make sure to pay to the correct unit location. You need to select the correct location below and make payment to the new account that has been set up.
Directions: Fill out the Name and Unit # you are paying for in the box, and then push the Pay Now button. This will take you to a new window (in PayPal) where you will have to enter in the payment amount. You will then have the option to either sign into your PayPal account, or select the option to pay with a credit card without an account. You do not have to make separate payments if paying multiple months, please submit as 1 payment.

For Automatic Payments: Make sure you enter your monthly rent and then select the Automatic Billing button. This will allow you time/freedom to get your payments made each month without having to remember. We hope this saves you time and energy and keeps you current in your monthly rent.
